Hi All..

My first post in this forum. I'm in the process of converting my vinyl collection to DSD. I'm also owner of Metric Halo LIO-8 which max's out at 192khz. I stumbled up on the DAD AX24 converter and was wondering about the connection options. Here are my questions :

1. How do I connect DAD AX24 to Macbook Pro so that I can record my vinyl collection to DSD format?
2. What will be the cheapest software which can record in DSD format? I did some research and came to know that DAW's such as Pyramix and Sequoia are very expensive (for an individual). I currently own ProTools 10 to do the recording.. but, it doesn't do DSD...

I really appreciate any help on the above questions..
