Going to start with pictures of my TriangleArt prototype turntable. When I got it, everything was raw aluminum. I decided not to alter the look to much, so I had it satin nickel plated and painted the top face of the plinth in Ferrari Nero Black. The arm is an Origin Live Conqueror MkIII, currently fitted with ClearAudio’s wonderful Stradivari V2. I do have a Goldfinger V2 in transit, and it should be here next week.

Next up are my one of a kind Carver Statement Reference Mono Blocks. These took two years to construct, and were completed with the gracious assistance of Bob Carver himself. The tube decks are made from absolute black granite that was cut on a water jet. Every hole on the chassis itself was replicated. These amps are good for 400 watts per channel, and are my absolute pride and joy. Watching those KT-120’s glow, knowing that my hands brought them to life is still something I have to pinch myself over...

Brilliant effort, well done. I imagine there is more pride in a self built set up and envy your ability to make what you want to the nth degree.

Nice job, I am sure your system sounds terrific! I used to have Polk 2.3tl's years ago in my system. What do you feel like you are missing with your Polks 1.2tl's?

Very true. I am waiting to get my Pass Labs X0.2 back from being serviced. More pictures come on Tuesday.

I feel I am missing a ton of micro detail, particularly in the upper midrange and highs. The Passive sub can also feel bloated at times, so I augmented the lower end with a REL S-5.

John, your gear is very impressive, but between turntables and tubes it is more than I can deal with. :)
