working my way through the weekly streaming Quboz new titles, and this morning listening to "Penny and the Quarters and Friends", and i'm just taken with this music. it's essential raw early 70's soulful R&B and will put a smile on your face. i decided to order the vinyl on amazon. in any case, you need this music today. you can thank me later.

Got the Lp a couple days ago, this morning was able to open and play it. Obviously tape sourced, not yet sure it’s all analog but suspect it is. Nice booklet about the music and process. So far really honest, open, immediate and dynamic sound.

puts a smile on my face for sure.
