Hi Guys,

I have a REL G1 for a while now and it stopped working 5 weeks ago.
I called my local dealer at the Analog Room (Sumiko's authorized dealer) who said they would be happy to help (no warranty which means i will pay for the fix), so i dropped in the REL few days later.

Until today, (and i call every few days) they are still waiting for a part to come in, it's been 4 weeks, still nothing, and I've been told to call back at the end of this week to get an update.

I'll be honest, this is the first time in my life I have to deal with a broken "high-end" component, i am frustrated because i don't like to wait so long to get something fixed but maybe i am overreacting here, what do you say?
