The best chicken sandwich I ever had was from a small stand in Quincy Market, Boston. Can't recall the name. But really missing it thinking about it.

You can recall the name of every model of cart, arm, and TT and cable you have tried but can't recall the name of a simple stand that serves your favorite chicken sandwich?

Last night I did some meditation and recalled that it was called Boston Chicken. It was just a stand in Quincy market in the 80's. I was studying there. (Would you by any chance think that I graduated from MIT or Harvard? :p) Did some googling and found they went bankrupt and was taken over by a few conglomorates. Now turned into a franchise called Boston Market. The original recipe has probably been evolved since then. Pity.

Kind regards,
Tang
