Okay, I am throwing down the gauntlet.

If you want a great screen, you have to buy a Stewart.

They've got the best materials, the best workmanship, the highest performance.

Who dares to disagree?

Got another brand with which you're happy?

Did you get the same performance for a better price with another manufacturer?

Near Atlanta, GA but not too near!
I woudln't use another screen. However, I did just install a Third Party motorized CIH masking system from a small California (where else) company called Somis System. I only use 2.35 and 16 x 9 on a 120 inch screen but the thing sells for about $1600 (versus Carada for $4700 and Stewart for a bazillion dollars).

Stewart is the best.

I've got a Carada Horizontal Masquerade motorized masking system for a 110" Wide Constant Width Set-Up. Absolutely reliable, smooth and quiet, the bevel absorbs light, stays black and disappears. My hazy memory is that I paid less than $3,000 for it. It installed and integrated into my Control4 remote control system super easy. Very happy with it.
