Survey - after market footers for CH equipment

Hi all,
Conducting a survey here - how do you rest CH equipment on the rack? With or without the supplied spikes? Afer-market footers? Would like to know your experience.
For me I use the supplied spikes resting directly on Finite Elemente rack.

Hi Ralph. Yeah when I bought my D1/C1 (I'm one of the early adopters : ) the composite disks were not available. Do they offer sonic improvements other than preventing scratching the rach?

Some have reported a slight improvement in presentation with the discs. Honestly, I have not heard a difference with and without the discs but they sure are essential when it comes to protecting your rack. Thanks

If the component dosen't have a hard drive, CD/DVD player or noisy fan why would it need footers?

I use HRS nimbus feet with my CH gear. They fit the CH feet perfectly.

The best products for stiff Chassis is the HRS Vortex feet especially if you're using HRS Audio Stands. Come by and audition them in my store...
