Interesting, but from the info on the website it seems like the only difference is a slightly altered (mostly aesthetically) cabinet .

Any thoughts?

I think the woofers are different as well. Looks like a slight evolution of an already great speaker. :)

The description of the woofer aramid fibers seems similar. Maybe they should have paid attention to higher quality or improved crossover.

Hi Stereophonic.
Not readily available in the Uk and my room is also too small.
it’s a speaker for the future when I retire to the phillipines

Looks like manufacturing techniques changed, some added stiffness in the cabinet, but the same drivers, etc. And now they're ~$150K. I get inflation but I believe the AJ released version about 10 years ago was about $80K, sheesh...
