Big Red Flag:

Fifty million America homes, one-third of the country, will receive on-demand energy 24/7, virtually free of charge, all within the next decade.

Batteries store energy, they do not create it.

There's more, the energy density required to travel 9200 miles between charges is not realistic unless the device in question happens to be Mr Fusion from Back to the Future.

Typical EV energy usage is 0.25 KWh per mile. 9220 miles mean the battery size is 2305 kWh. Tesla model S or X battery size is 100 kWh. Their battery size must have at least 20 times energy density than current battery technology. To charge this size battery in 8 minutes requires minimum power 17,000 KW. Tesla supercharger power is around 150 KW.

This is fake news.
