I am thinking to get a Trinnov Amethyst and then use it for a bi-amp (250hz crossover) configuration, and instead of using the Amethyst I would prefer to connect it to an external dac ,, to hopefully max out the audio quality and also I am thinking to connect all the device to a 10mhz external clock.
But now the question is ,, can I actually use the 2 X AES output for the DAC , and then still use the XLR output for the Subwoofer?
Or can this configuration be setup like that ? I think with this setup it will actually require 5 channel processing...
which my DATASTA RS20i can do .. but then .. the only problem is that TRINNOV’s calibration process seems to be a lot easier ,,, any thoughts ? Thanx !
