I'd propose a listening face-off between

Harbeth 40:
Innovation? MDF box, baffle, and back, no included stands, mid-end drivers, twin plastic port tubes (China) $25.00 Chinese crossover which is too steep... an opinion.
Large stand mount
$30,000 msrp?. (pictures of like model)

vs.

TubeMaster Copenhagen:
Machined of solid heirloom timbers, cabinet and both baffles... built for lifetime (no off-gasing of formaldehyde like MDF)
Matched modified drivers, large caps and coils (European)
Innovative internal resonator/damper/bypass-port
Wide-body low profile floor standing.

hello,
new member here. if this event is still in planning phase i would be happy to host this evert OR participate in assisting. i live 45 minutes north of Santa Fe and have a bunch of horn parts .. also quite familiar with m40 (owner of first version when it came out) and use compact7 in my 'second' system.
