I'm really sorry to hear this. David, I know you were close. Vlad, on the occasions when I did talk to him, was a cool guy and a class act.
At some point, I'll reach out to you and to Elina when the time is right.
He led an interesting life. So sorry to hear.

Thanks for the notification. I am sad to hear of this loss of a creator of great sound. I use a Lamm L1. It is serial number 2, so may be a model made near the beginning. It is not transparent but sounds so right. My best to Elina. She has helped me in the past.

My condolences to his family and friends.
Never had personal contact but listening to his units the first time was a turning point into real thing audio reproduction for me.

His unique ability to design real thing tonality will stay forever in every glowing tone listening to his units
