Well, you know what they say...if you can remember it, you weren't there.

Since EVO432 shares the same clouds and rivers (about 30min drive to Dutch borders), I reckon it’s save to add EVO432 to the ‘High end - flat land server list’. Welcome @FredericV

A great Jacques Brel concert in Bergen, translated My flat land:

In an extended Grimm Audio interview today, Eelco Grimm and Guido Tent give a very nice view on the early Dutch (pro)hifi scene. Several pioneers are mentioned, like John van der Sluis.

Besides company history and personal background (both lecturers), also interesting insights on Grimm’s design philosophy & challenges, working as a network organisation and products ahead.

In a recent video (part 1) from Hans Beekhuyzen the earlier Dutch hifi scene is covered, John van der Sluis is mentioned as ‘Legendary’ (at ~ 5:45)

Also nice to share, the 2021 Dutch Audio Event is just announced. On 30 & 31 October in Veldhoven a wide collection of Dutch and international brands are expected. Looking forward to this event, well organised with a pleasant and relaxed vibe.

It seems the exact line up is in progress, when the previous (pre covid) edition is repeated this year, it is likely that Grimm, Taiko, Pink Faun, EVO432, MolaMola, etc will be present again .
