Where to place surround speakers

Ok I have ESL front speakers and ESL C for center, I have a pair of Script i and another pair of ESL's in a 7.1.4 system where would be the best place for the ESL's and scripts which would you put where side or rears
also have ceiling mounted IC's

Basically the four floor surround speakers go @ ear level, or slightly above (max 12") if obstructed by chair's backs. ...And the four ceiling speakers as indicated in the graph from the link.

I have a good understanding of where the speaker placement is but am asking which speakers are to be placed side or rear (ie. the ESL's or script i in the side or rear positions ) I haven't purchased the second set of ESL's and could possibly but in wall for the side or rear. Building a new home and another HT room and just want to know which speakers would be best in what position Scripts, ESL or in wall at the side surround position
