Funny. I read a fascinating article about the blind audition process for getting a job in the Boston Symphony Orchestra. The pressure must be intense. No shoes because the judges might be influenced by the sound of heels when the performer approaches her/his/their chair. No name, just a number or code and the impression of the performance.

Good to hear from you Peter. Well, at least the person applying for the position knows that the only thing that matters is their talent. No pressure there ;-)
