You daily guess a 5 letter word. If you guess right letter in right position, it is green. Amber indicates right letter in wrong position.

Is it a good idea to post this in an audiophile forum where there are many obsessive compulsive individuals?

I got no work done for 24 hours as I just finished all previous 200 Wordle’s that I missed.

haha. But thanks. That was fun while it lasted. Time to go back to obsessively reading audiophile forums and tweaking my stereo.

This is a fun little game but pretty much never fail. Start with the words... MONTH, BLACK, PUDSY and GIVER. This only leaves 6 letter F,J,Q,W,X and Z which are the least used letters. in addition a lot of words end in TH, CK, ER or Y. You have two guesses left and pretty much a 90% chance of getting it on guess 5.

I count my fails by how many attempts I require (2 to 3 is great, 4 is borderline, 5 to 6 is fail). That said I know more words than you so logically I should need more attempts, but it is possible my logic and decision making balances that out.

Same for wordle. But I was referring to octordle for that strategy. Wordle I got in 2 today

My first word is IRATE.

For wordle if you keep first word constant it gets boring fast. Same strategy each time. Use hard mode in settings and change first word each time. I do use irate, orate, adieu, roast, aline, guide, olive, and many others
