I can email you a PDF scan at 300 DPI sideways with a ruler - from the manual I could see that the distance from point A to turntable spindle should be 294.1 mm (11 9/16") . We can also download it from https://www.vinylengine.com/ve_downloads/index.php?sme/3012_template.jpg and scale it before printing

Well, I had to correct my previous post - perhaps due to time my original template schrunk and is now slightly shorter ~ .5 mm shorter than the distance given in the manual. I preferred to use this information and the mounting plate to cut the oval and drilling the holes. But this distance is not critical, although the holes alignment is very critical, otherwise they will affect the grommets function.
When I had my first arm board cut I taped the template to the metal and they used that to do all the work. That process worked very well so I think I am best off trying to repeat it.
