A couple of quick questions when you free up … 1) How does this compare to the standard Atlantis Transport/DAC that was recently discontinued. Is this a step up from that and is this the replacement? 2) How do you go about playing local DSD or PCM files with this unit? I don’t see a USB input... -

So no USB input? No way to connect a quality music server like a Taiko or other? Seems like a bit of a miss if one is more interested in local file playback than streaming. Am I missing something? Been sick all week and on strong meds so I must be! :-) George -

Good Amp Stands for VAC
I'll chip in as well .. should be receiving my custom M3X2's this weekend for my VAC 452IQ's. These were made with 6 feet rather than 4 to handle the 218lb monsters and the SXR amp stands were built to accommodate that. The custom option didn't add much to the price (already super expensive)...- gadawg58

What amplification are you using with your Wilson speakers ?
As of tonight I’m driving my Alexx’s with a pair of VAC Statement 452iq’s and all I can say is WOW! They certainly have a firm grip on these speakers while being incredibly detailed with just a hint of tube sweetness in the midrange.
