This is what I use.

BBQ's galore has traveled a bumpy road. They were considered nice bang for the buck grills, then they went into a sort of tailspin where the company started cutting quality and service, then the original owner stepped back in and got them back on track and recently sold the company.

I found the original owner contributing to about.com in a thread about his grills offering to help anyone with a problem.

I e-mailed late on Saturday Night before Memorial Day and figured I might hear back someday, but I wouldn't hold my breath.

Sunday morning, I woke up to find a reply from the new owner -- he told me what I needed and directed me to my local outlet. There, I found a very helpful salesman who took very good care of me, gave me all of the info I needed, directed me to the right parts to both refurbish and upgrade my Turbo STS and also showed me how to install them.

Got home, did what the salesman said and voila -- my grill is better than new!

So, I am a happy customer and I can report that the company seems to have righted itself.

We have the a pretty basic 3 burner Weber, works fine for my needs.

Thought I could share mine, as I also use Gas Grill. I have the Weber Spirit E310. I'm so masculine I don't even do outdoor cooking, but my overworked, stunning wife told me that she loves this grill. Some guys've just got it that way.
