I agree and it's one of the reasons I decided to go into audio. Previously I worked in renewable energy because I thought that was a good idea as well.

I feel audio, and interestingly enough, action sports like skiing and mt biking, are forms of meditation. They are easier to get people into vs diving right into forms of traditional meditation. These activities can help focus the mind and strengthen it's awareness and consciousness. They can make space for wisdom to arise. And IMO, this is the whole point of being human... it's like a preschool where we learn the ability to concentrate and see things clearly. We're anchored to these ridiculous bodies which keep us from getting too lost. So while we are here, we might as well listen to some music! :)
