Thieliste's new Reference system

Thanks, i'll make some new pics as i moved in my new house.

Here's a pic of my system in my new home, the living room is bigger therefore my speakers sound much better.

Today was the big day, the Audionet distributor came to my place for me to demo the phenomenal Audionet Humboldt in my system.
In short this Integrated is in a league of it's own, nothing comes close in the world of integrated!Humboldt 3.jpgHumboldt 2.jpg

Fantastic! Are you going to be buying it? Would appreciate any highlights of your listening notes when you can! Enjoy.

My speakers are now 9 feet apart, much better imaging, more air and instrument separation.
Can't wait to get my Cardas Clear Beyond SC and IC in 2 weeks from now, this will bring my system to new levels.Système Brice - Copie.jpgSystème Brice 1 - Copie.jpg

Hi Thieliste

How do you find the SR Purple fuses in your Aqua Linq and Formula, did they bring about a noticeable improvement, if so, how would you describe this.

Yes you should absolutely try them, makes a huge difference in clarity in both my Aqua combo and the Vitus SIA-025.
IMO a must have!

Hi guys, been working on my Thiels this weekend with a friend of mine replacing the stock binding posts for Mundorf gold plated OFC copper ones, the same ones i have on my Vitus SIA-025.
We used Mundorf 10% silver wire for soldering.

Also added another tweak to my rig : 2 Sonores Deluxe FMCs + LPSU and 1318 SFPs.
They are placed between my Paul Pang Switch and LinQ streamer.
I'm also waiting for a new Pink Faun LAN cable.Sonore FMC.jpg

How is the binding post upgrade sounding?

Great upgrade : smoother in the treble, more meat on the bone, deeper bass and less fatigue at louder volume.

Might redo the crossovers at some point with top of the line Mundorf caps.

Yeah. Sine you are adventurous i am sure there are some very nice sonic improvements with better crossover parts. One super easy one is to install a small .022 uF milflex copper/oil bypass cap on the tweeter.

Pink Faun LAN cable arrived today.Pink Faun LAN.jpg

Hi guys, Just sold 2 of my Audioquest high current Firebird PCs and replaced them with Fututech Alpha DSP-4.1 PCs.
The difference in my system is huge, i now have a much deeper bass much more full body and organic sound.
This Fututech PC is insane and much cheaper than Audioquest Firebird.
