Weiss Medea Plus with Thunderbolt and USB

Looks nice. I bet the Medea+ and the Jason player make an awesome combo.

It's a great move by Weiss as Thunderbolt really is the interface of the future and will start to replace USB and FW. This is the first commercially available DAC I am aware of that has this, the guys over at computeraudiophile.com seem to think the same.

I also understand from Daniel that digital volume control will be added across all inputs (it only works on the FW input on the current model).

I think the Apogee Symphony I/O came first, despite it's a pro DAC.

Can a $1000 Thunderbolt cable be far behind?
