Introducing the all-new VR.30 from Von Schweikert

Von Schweikert Audio is well known for its six-figure Ultra loudspeakers: the Ultra.eleven, Ultra.nine, and our newest Ultra offering, the Ultra.seven.

Our most popular models are the Endeavors (now model One) at under 30k and VR.55 (now VR.fifty) at 75k. They aim to deliver as much of the Ultra Series magic as possible under the six-figure mark. The VR.fifty remains out of reach for many audio enthusiasts, so our task was straightforward. Develop a new speaker in the USD 50k price range to fill the gap, and remember that to take on the big boys (you know who they are), the speaker would have to be something special.

The Missing Model our customers are asking for

Our newest model, the VR.thirty, was inspired by the design of the Ultra.seven—internally code-named “mini-7”. The result is an obtainable speaker that redefines what is possible at the $50,000 price level. While challenging to achieve, the design brief for our team was evident.

1. Retain the hallmark qualities of our Ultra series.
2. No comprises on build quality, cabinet design, drivers and crossover components, or internal cabling.
3. Zero sacrifices in terms of bandwidth with or little to no loss in output.
4. Offer a modest spouse-friendly footprint, enabling near Ultra-level performance ideal for small to mid-sized rooms.
