Recently I tried to integrate a pair of JL audio F113 to my Focal Stella . Using REW with JL audio crossover , I was able to tackle the 40 hz roll off from the main speaker . Room treatment to tackle the roll off is tough. I have plenty of room treatments in my dedicated room Attached raw data...

The New Acoustical System A*STELLAR turntable

Alex , 1 of the best aspects of Astellar . Probably because of its magnetic bearing

The New Acoustical System A*STELLAR turntable

Certainly 1 of the better tonearms out there . In fact , Dietrich was kind enough to change my tonearms twice after it developed some minor issues many years after the warranty was over

The New Acoustical System A*STELLAR turntable

I have Axiom . I like it . Tried Aiwon in my set up. Didn’t like it. . Not sure Palladian is good enough for the set up

The New Acoustical System A*STELLAR turntable

put the AFO & Astellar side by side , u can differentiate the finishing clearly. Maybe I didn’t like the silver matte finishing too much . Rattling top plate of the power supply / pump. Anyway, it’s a matter of taste

The New Acoustical System A*STELLAR turntable

Bear in mind the room has an open back all the way to his kitchen / dining area .. easily 40/50 ft. He has to cranked up his vol to 0 at 72db. On my MPP.. I will listen to my set up at -13/15db / 67-70db & it sounded much louder

The New Acoustical System A*STELLAR turntable

Not too familiar with the syst . Just describing what I heard . Bass wise Coltrane 3 is superb . All Vitus - MPL/MPP/ MPS , Palladian catridge on Axiom. All silver DIY cables. I would expect it to be a lot more dynamic
