    Steve, this is exactly what I did. I found another bolt that was a bit shorter and it worked perfectly, saving support the hassle of shipping me a shorter bolt. Ted did offer to ship me a shorter bolt, but I found one at my local hardware store. Fred

    I had the same problem. It turns out they shipped, in my case the switch, with a screw/bolt that is a bit longer. I didnt want to overtighten it, so I was going to add some washers. Instead, I happened to find a replacement screw. You can contact support as they offered to send me a shorter...
