And one more thing. Gryphon have replaced the rubber feet with metal cones which are sharpened at the end so you either risk serious injury to yourself trying to lift and manoeuvre the thing or you risk gouging your rack or amp stand etc. And it willbe a disaster for sound quality. If it was...
I have at 333 at home at the moment with about 20 hours on it and I have my 300 to compare.
Does anyone know if or how long the break in period is?
My initial listening tells me that the 333 has thunderous tight bass. It extracts more detail than the 300 and it has a wider and deeper...
I'm looking to move on from the old style Mojo loudspeakers that I've been running for several years. The new Gryphon loudspeakers are not within budget and I want to keep the Diablo 300. Any suggestions? What's going to be significantly better than the Mojos? My budget is around £11k and I'm in...
This was exactly my point. Gryphon haven't made a good design decision. I certainly won't be dismantling my rack and posting or delivering the lump to a dealer. If you can get hold of a keyfob you can do it yourself but you will invalidate your warranty.

The firmware upgrade was for the amplifier not the DAC.
I agree with your comments on DAC technology but I'm not a box swapper and I'm happy to keep things simple and neat with the one box solution.
For my room the Mojo speakers and subwoofer are perfect.
This is my first post here. I wanted to summarise 5 1/2 years of ownership and describe some of the frustrations as well as the very good.
I bought the Diablo 300 with the DAC module in 2016 after an audition of several heavyweight integrateds as I already knew about Gryphon and their...
