to get a better ore more detailed answer, you might describe the „4th time constant“ , defined by Zanden. I owned the Zanden 1200 MKII without this function and my Soulnote E-2 is doing an equalization as described in the manual, which has more flexibility, than the former Zanden 1200 MKII. so...- shakti

Kuzma SAFIR 9
The Kuzma Safir 9 works very nicely on the Acryl of Basis Audio. I had mine fitted to the Basis Debut turntable. But Basis 2200 has no separate Tonearmbase, the Vector tonearm is in 222mm distance, Safir needs 212mm. So you have to change the complete baseplate of the turntable, which is like... -

thank you for confirming my listening experience. It seems, that this will work than in other set ups as well. Looping to the pictures in this thread, some of the VTA set screws are still in contact to the collar, so some can improve their sound by a very little :) -

the Soulnote E-2 is playing so well, that I just forgot the unit. It is playing with no hustle with all cartridges I choose. Which is different to Allnic, which prefers carts meeting the Allnic Step Up ratios, so high impedance carts, like Benz LP-s and Soundsmith have not worked with Allnic...- shakti

Phasemation T-2000 - introduction to my favorite Step - Up
Why not using the xlr inputs? Phonocable can make a difference, proper shielding is important. My T-2000 does not like power supplies or Powercables around. In my case the TechDAS AF3P PSU needs to have some distance to T-2000. EA-1200 is similar sensible to AF3P PSU, no difference in my case...- shakti
