    for fun horn mic design

    Another one of my just for fun microphone designs, the element is a 2" computer speaker with cone removed, the 6.3 volt transformer wired in reverse gives me 20db of gain.the sound is shall we say unique.

    My most elaborate mic design, the element is a headphone speaker, with a passive EQ and athe amp from a computer speaker, the sound is pretty good, with only a slight ringing from the springs on loud transients.The whole thing runs off of 4 d cells.
