    Are there any good 4K TVs (or large monitors) that do *Passive* 3D graphics?

    The one thing I really dislike about passive 3D is that it effectively halves the resolution, but 4K should allow 1080p in passive 3D. Does this exist? Any recommendations? I need this for some molecular graphics display programs, but wouldn't mind being able to use it for other more...

    We have a well pump, so we don't have a utility-supplied water meter. I would like to install an IP-enabled home meter. Can anyone recommend one?

    New woofers

    The old guy in my avatar had to be put down just short of his 15th Birthday in April. After that, we managed to locate his breeder on the opposite coast, and acquired two related pups (he was their great-great uncle). The towel was pre-stained with bleach -- it isn't their fault.
