Plus one on the puritan gear, after trying out isol-8 and and iso tek which would be considered a good starting point I had a conversation with Mike at Puritan about his designs and pulled the trigger. IEC 20 plug and 16amp rather than the 10 amp of many of these filter conditioners. I...
It looks like a copy paste of text from analogue seduction website for the supreme 3 silver gold. If you check the bullet points of the spec it says cardas copper wire. Same is as described in other websites.
“Supreme³ combines Cardas technology with superior HiFi Tuning construction, improving...
The supreme silver and gold and the cardas as are different, perhaps there is a typo on analogue seduction. Personally I think the supreme 3 silver and gold are great value, I would love the, to make that version for our 13amp UK fuse too. The hifituning supreme 3 silver and gold mix well with...

Maria Mena, came accross this song on another forum, best of hers I think, produced 12 years ago, love the simplicity of bass string and vocal on the entry.

Good things are said about fidelity audio upgrades to standard switches as Jerry says above too.
I don’t know about anyone else but another sizeable improvement came a decent network isolator on the...
I haven’t heard this fidelizer switch so can’t make a comparison. maybe if you had a power supply already it might be an affordable way to test a network switch for audio.
The HNE labs from SKIDS barely used, if I didn’t have extreme version of ediscreation already and he was close (I am Uk) I...

Would recommend you try Newby teas for quality blends and single estate.
You could also start to blend your own, begin with a base of Ceylon orange pekoe level quality and add an African tea and perhaps an Indian if you feel you still...
I remember your REL stacks from an older post when you moved to 2 of them.

@spiritofmusic (post 51) led me to try Arya audio Revopds for floor resonance reduction. now on my REL T1 (smaller than yours of...
I’m not sure you can run 2 routers in the same chain. Ubiquiti is not a great sounding (audio) switch by itself but if you wanted to isolate the Wi-Fi even further you could turn it to switch only and keep it where it is but If ubiquiti is considered a better router than your Wi-Fi router you...
Hi Blackmore, 2 years ago I would not have thought LPS made so much difference in the digital path, I may have focused on cables but now after reading others experiments and taking the leap to improve the digital steam (that is my own experiment in the link to audiophile style) I think...
its definitely a rabbit hole of reading but many many folks have done great experiments which allows us to make some shortcuts on choices. X router worked well for me, WiFi to that before the network switch provided some isolation LPS and cables make a good difference too.
a very visual thread...
Hi Kenny, there is a net isolator on the last Ethernet The the amp. The cable from modem to router is supra cat 8 with plastic ends so it’s a floating shield, the viablue silver after that has a floating shield with John Swenson method shield loop, the final silver Ethernet is a floating shield...
Thanks for the suggestion, I didn't cancel the Virgin Media yet and I have 10 days left before I am committed to contract. I wasn't expecting such a shift in SQ from one to the other, its really surprising.
Changes Internet service Provider and the sound quality went down. Did anyone ever experience this?
I live in a series of tall flats that historically only had virgin media cable. Fibre to street then coaxial cable to flats certainly installed 5 or more years ago. This last few weeks a fibre...
All my Ethernet cables have floating earth (sheielded up the rj45 terminal but the shield is isolated from the metal telegarner rj45s so the metal braided shield isn’t touching anything) so like Mark says I cant tell any difference either. I think the theory behind the ground isolation switch is...
Thank you Magnus (I hope it is correct)
Yes I have very much considered fibre box or a an optical link of some kind, Ediscreation has a clock in theirs so seems a double win, the Eno I read about but I would like to read more from people experiences.
ethernet cables is a whole other topic...
A couple of months ago my Ediscreation Silent Network Switch (extreme version) arrived along with Ediscreation 12v LPS (standard version) and some cables. It was part of an upgrade process for my home and Hifimediy network.
I am really pleased with the impact of the switch! And the build...
