Do Do you know, if a Unison Research S6 MKII is a good partner for the TAD ME1 speakers? Thank you in advance Leroy

The best 5 speakers that you have had

I'm Dutch so technically I'm Dutch Craftmanship... ;-) With what kind of amplifier did you pair the LS50's with? I paired them with the Unsion Tube Amp and I don't think I found them sounding lifeless.. I really appriciate the way they gave a soundstage and how they detailed. But the Elipson's...

The best 5 speakers that you have had

I've only owned 3 pairs of speakers: The Kef LS50 Meta, Monitor Audio Bronze and the Elipson 1303 FT (see pic). The Elipson speakers sound the most real and immersive to date, but I am looking for new speakers at the moment. I'm going to listen to the Devore 0/96 speakers next tuesday, which I...

The best 5 speakers that you have had

Thank you for your reply. You never felt the urge to get the Cremona instead of the Auditors? I read that the Cremona is more of the 'old SF sound' and that the M has more push in the mid-high and high field.

The best 5 speakers that you have had

Hi Lagonda, I'm in a bit of a split off what to do. And you might be capable of giving me the right advise when I look at your speakers. ;-) Currently i'm running a set of Elipson 1303 FT speakers with my Unison Research S6MKII tube amp. Looks like a bit of a weird combination when you look...

Upgraded from Klipsch Corwnwall IV's to La Scala AL5's

looks great, and I do believe that it can sound magical. Wouldn't it be of great benefit when the speakers would be more apart from eachother? I can imagine it creating a much bigger wall of sound. Enjoy the LaScala's!

    Marten Mingus Quintet 2 speakers

Hi RdW, Just out of curiousity: The TAD speakers look great and I believe they sound brilliant as well. How is the bottom end sound of these speakers, given the fact that they are on stand mounts? Still full range sound? Kind regards, Leroy

What turntables do you use? Pictures would be nice as well :-)

Hi Knife, It looks absolutely gorgious. My local dealer has this cartridge + amp combination as well. I've heard it on his Audio Note and Avangarde XD speakers twice. As you mentioned the details and power was astonishing. I somehow had to get used to the sound, because I miss something, but I...

    Audiophile Fuses

Thank you for your reply. It is not a case of money but just that I don't have any experience with these fuses. I thought the 50% discount would justify to try that out at first. But if most of the people say I should try out the purple one, I will do that. The problem is that I have no idea...

    Audiophile Fuses

Thanks for your quick reply. I see that the blue one has like 8 different slow blow versions? I'm sorry but i'm not that technical.. What is your experience with the fuses in your amp? :)

    Audiophile Fuses

Hi everyone, I've been reading about these Synergistic fuses and considering one to try out. The purple seems to be the best from what I've read, but I'm considering the blue one, as that one is on 50% sale here. It is only € 75 euros atm. So my question is which one I have to chose in case...
