Launch a complaint through Ebay, Alfred takes those seriously because it cuts off his money. And please remember there are people here (not me) that have been waiting a year for a tonearm. So either complain and get a refund or wait for your arm. -

Yes but he will still happily give you a (totally made up) delivery time frame and take your money for a new order, really Alfred would be better to get off ebay until he has some stock built up and then sell it, it seems hard to fathom why he would want to operate in this fashion. -

Mine is wired from cart pins to RCA plugs in silver, so I dont have the 5 pin, I ordered my arm on the 30th of July and I got the DHL notification yesterday.
