    I was amazed when I compared the Ballfinger to other machine. The speed and sonic transparency is 2nd to none.

    Yes, I did. I own ATR-102 by ATR Service, ATR-102 by Bernie Grundman Mastering, A80 Mk-I and A802. Nagra T-Audio and 4s with QGB. The Ballinger is very closed to Nagra T.

    Try to used a phono stage with less than 500 ohm output impedance, Spectral has a low impedance input at 10K.
