    Luxman L-5 not working anymore

    Hello everyone, I have a Luxman L-5 that I used with Celestion ditton 44s until a few years ago when the amp broke. The problem is that it goes into protection after a short time it's on, making quite a loud noise on the right speaker, after which it stays with the red light flashing endlessly...

    ARC and Luxman

    I'm considering changing out my amplifers and moving to a Luxman u900. It will be mated with an ARC ref 5se driving a pair of Vandersteen model 5a Carbons using the M5 high pass filters. Wondering if anyone has any experience with either the Luxman and ARC pre or the Luxman and Vandersteens...
