If all goes as predicted, Facebook will launch it's much anticipated IPO which is predicted to take in at least $17-18 billion and give it a market value of ~$100 Billion and would make Mark Zuckerberg's net worth in the order of $18-20 Billion and thus the world's 18th richest person.

Must be nice to have a website where there is anticipation of it reaching 1 billion members worldwide

Anyone going to buy some Facebook stock (if of course you're lucky enough to find some shares)

I still can't wrap my head around what being worth that much must be like, much less how it might be like at that age. I bet I would travel A LOT.

It is mind boggling what that young man achieved. Truly in a league of his own. I remember watching The Social Network shortly after WBF was formed. At a time when we were getting perhaps 7 members per day, Facebook was getting 7000 new members per hour

It could be that a such level life becomes a chore ..You no longer travel as an anonymous human being trying to have some fun .. It may become that you feel entrapped ...... NOT !! ..Wish I could speak from experience :D

I don't want anything from life that would benefit from 18 billion dollars, or even 18 million. An extra 180k in my retirement fund would be helpful, but 'Being Mark Zuckerberg' would be completely wasted on me. Give it to someone who can use it.

it would be tough to find out heh Frantz :)

The likelihood of that, is several times smaller than the inverse of his current fortune ( 1 divided by his fortune in any currency presently used on planet Earth)

sour grapes? ;)

Nah, just simple needs. Give me 5 million, and I could live the rest of my life on the interest, in more than enough style, and leave the principal to my kids.

What about the being 28 again part? :)

Wouldn't we all LOL

Money can be extraordinarily toxic to the young. Lots of casualties at Beverly Hills High.
