Interesting review.. Anyone tried it? https://gy8.eu/review/casting-a-spell

I've dabbled in vibration control in my systems and have sort of given up on expensive footers, for example, having Herbies Tenderfoots under most equipment but also some IsoACOUSTICS footers under the pre/pro and power regenerator.. AcouPlex's acrylic-and-PEEK* mixture seems rather esoteric to me, and the pieces made from it are NOT inexpensive**, but I'm tempted to try it.. I've had one e-mail exchange with MusicWorks and have asked more questions.. I'm leaning toward the 50mm discs, but we'll see.

FWIW, I'm an isolatist and not a couplist.

* polyethyl-ethyl-ketone

** Export price on the 410X340mm Ip1 'plate' is 417 BPs.

The accouplex is designed to drain vibration from a component. It is not for isolation.
