I ordered an Aqua La Diva transport from The Music Room about six weeks ago. The Music Room told me it would take about five weeks. Monday I emailed The Music Room and asked when the transport would ship from Italy. I still haven’t heard from the Music Room concerning shipping details from Aqua. I have three questions.

Has anyone had a bad experience with the Music Room when purchasing something?

Is Aqua currently delivering products?

Since Aqua hand builds their devices, how long does a typical build take?

Thanks for your timely response. I now have tracking information from DHL. I should receive the transport by the end of the week. I’m very excited to listen to it.
A friend of mine lent me his La Diva for a week and I have never heard digital sound this good. After listening to his La Diva, I called Jason at the Music Room and ordered one.

I received the LaDiva yesterday and I have been listening to it non stop. It is amazing!
Jason from The Music Room shipped it overnight with FedEx after he received it from Italy. Thanks Jason and also Scott from Arcadia Audio.

When I ordered my La Scala DAC they were several weeks behind estimated time.

I get the sense they (in a good way) take their time making these.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE my La Scala DAC.
