Hi all,
I’ve been comparing two options for power cables that would be used between the wall and the Niagara, and from the Niagara to my amplifier. Both are offered by my dealer at the same price (~$1500 per pair):
Used pair of AudioQuest NRG-10
Brand new pair of AudioQuest Blizzard
The dealer strongly recommends the NRG-10s, saying they are from a higher tier, even if they’re from an older generation. But I’m not sure and would love to hear your thoughts.
Is NRG-10 still the better cable overall, or is Blizzard — being a newer and more modern design — a better match with Niagara and recent components?
Thanks.

My current system:
- Amplifier: Denon PMA-3000NE
- Speakers: Sonus Faber Sonetto III G2
- Streamer: Denon DNP-2000NE
- Power conditioner: AudioQuest Niagara 1200
- Speaker cables: AudioQuest Rocket 88
