Does longer warm up time for tube preamp indicate tubes need replacing??

I've been enjoying a BAT Rex II preamp for a couple of years now and am noticing that when I first got it ... warm up seemed complete after about an hour. Now it seems to take 2-3 hours before everything sounds settled in (Kinda thin sounding during warm up). I'm thinking the 6H30 tubes(NOS) should be good for quite a while but wondering if the power tubes could be the issue here or something completely different? I will say that once warm up is complete is still sounds amazing! I have around 1200 hours on the preamp.

When my VTL TP6.5 phono preamp needs re-tubing it just starts getting noisy but warm up time seems unaffected. Appreciate any insight or experience anyone can share here!

Thanks

George
