I've always enjoyed the acting done by Donald Sutherland as long as I can remember. Good, bad or ugly he seemed to always give it his best

I thought he was very good. I liked Klute from 1971 and The Eagle Has Landed, but that probably wasn't his best acting role. He was always watchable though, and when he was older, he gained even more of an "air of authority".
RIP Donald Sutherland.
