Been in this hobby/business since 1957 when all it was , was tubes and mono as well. Has been a terrific journey I have never tired of.
At 67 now I am retired and active with being a volunteer with the American Red Cross during times of disaster.
Also volunteer for ARPH the official nationwide rescue for the Australian Shepherd as appointed by the breed registry. Some of the greatest joys I have experienced with some of the most gut wrenching lows I have witnessed. But to find an Aussie his new forever home once again is a joy that knows no bounds. But this volunteer work is very hard indeed and not for the faint of heart.
With that aside I am quite happy to have been invited to this great site and look forward to great discussions and as always to learn more about this great hobby which binds us.
