Hi all,
I'm a noob to audio related stuff, so bare with me if there is an obvious answer to this.
For awhile I'd been using speakers (random Redragon gaming speakers) and headphones (Razer Kraken X) with a splitter so I could hear out both of them. Recently, I switched to some studio monitors (Edifier R1280DB). I always noticed that the volume is quite low on the speakers when I use a splitter with it. Same issue with the studio monitors. When I'm not using the splitter, the volume is just fine. I researched a bit and found that it could be because of the splitter I was using? So I upgraded to a slightly higher quality splitter, no improvements. Any ideas?
Thanks,
Jake
