Magnepan and Carver amps

I own the Bob Carver 350 Raven amps. They are rated at 350 RMS at 8 ohms and 400 at 4 ohms.
Will these be ok to use driving either the 3.7i or the 20.7 ?

Yes, they will work fine.
IF and when you decide to get new amps, I believe the best "bang for the buck" is the Parasound A21+. In my photo, you'll see a Maggie bass panel... save you money and get an actual sub - PROVIDED you roll it off low and steeply. See my blog titled "Don't accept what people say as fact" IF you get a decent sub, roll it off low (no higher than 30Hz) and use at least 24dB/Octave slope, then you will be happy.

I like the 20.7s, but the 3.7s with a sub sound better
