That is scary. Very scary because even experts may not even be able to tell. To save a dollar, they will risk lives?

Thanks for the post, Steve. I'll never eat "formed" *key word, formed* beef again. Do you know how often this happens with Turkey, Pork or Chicken....or did they say? I haven't eaten a "processed" chicken nugget or processed chicken anything ever since I watched one of the first episodes of Jamie Oliver's " Food Revolution". Do you know or did they happen to mention if the same stuff is used in anything processed?
