Outside of modded Mikrotik switches, i think this is the first proper company-engineered audiophile network switch with 10gbps ports (SFP+)

I'm guessing this would be great for audiophiles as well as gamers, content creators, etc :)

Consider add the current cybershaft op21… seems a perfect item for people looking for 10mHz clock, sfp+ and internal lps.

Looks impressive but way more than I need.
Cheers.

For EUR 14k I would have expected 10gb Ethernet ports as well instead of only SFP+. Not because this speed is needed for music of course, but to know for sure the tighter requirements of jitter etc for 10gb Ethernet are being met at the RJ45 ports.

This time no equivalent Buffalo product it seems, based on the EU website.

Yes - agree the price is going to be prohibitive for a lot of people. Also the fact that is not a true managed switch at this price.

But for those with the cash and unique networking requirements, this could be an endgame switch - at least until 25gbps speed becomes standard.
