Check out the tubed Mac stuff in "The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo" movie. Can't place the reel tape machine tho. O yeah, its in the torture chamber scene. IMHO, Heroine CERTAINLY deserves Best Actress.

AND; If you like WWII airplanes, dogfights et.al. go see "Red Tails"; Hollywood's version of the Tuskegee Airmen saga. Predictable plot BUT GREAT special effects and battle scenes - especially considering that they probably only had one or two working airplanes to play with.

Hi Charles:

Saw the "Dream Girls" for the first time the other night and I was impressed to see Ampex'es and what seems to be a Scully and other correct period tape machines in the movie. They must had a good studio advisor.
