My Oppo 205 it's turn off when I pressed the eject button on the player only and it turn on when I pressed again

It seems to me like a problem with the power supply. Apparently, the tray motor draws too much current forcing the device to shut down for safety.
So the motor can be the issue.
Or it's power supply/driver. Probably it's the power supply/driver, which should be easy to fix for a skilled technician.
You will need to find a repairman close to you and contact him for help
