Otari mtr-15 n

Does anyone have first hand experience with this deck ? Some nice features like automated tape calibration, 30 ips, ect. It looks well thought out service wise with the plug in function cards. Worth persuing ?

It should be a very nice deck. I have the Otari MX-55 and I am very happy with it.

Hi Christian,

One of our members, John Brooks owns them. I also own few (4) but haven't used them in a while.

The Otrai MTR-15s are like Sony APR-5003s. They don't get much respect from top tier studio machine enthousiasts, but they are very good both in sonics and features.
