It takes awhile for Avalon to reply as far as I know. Do you have Avalon importer or a dealer in your country? I know Avalon is pretty popular in the far East.

There is also an Avalon dealer in Korea, but...
I tried to deposit too insincere attitude and purchase cost for 6 months, but it didn't help.
