My other system, frozen in the mid-80's, used mostly when vacationing and for comparison with today's advanced systems... A PS-Audio 5.0, Acoustat TNT-200, Magnavox CDB-650, Thorens TD-160 Super, Grace arm, Dynavector Karat 17D, Entec SW-5 sub... speakers were Maggies MG-IIIa's which were sold a few years ago, replaced by some Monitor Audio, ahem, monitors. This system still produces nice sound, but is clearly colored by today's standards, not to mention just hi-fi and has little to do with reality...

With the exception of the CD player and speakers, still not a bad system.
